Order process

Orders are sent as an ordinary parcel with the Australia Post within 1-2 working days after the receipt of your order. The actual delivery date is subject to their delivery timeframes of Australia Post. We will notify you about issues such as changes in the expected shipping period, problems with billing, and cancellation notices.

For orders to be shipped to Australian addresses, this price includes GST. The price is the same for overseas orders. Overseas orders are charged in Australian dollars. Your credit card company will automatically convert this amount to your local currency at the exchange rate which is effective at the date of credit card payment processing.

From time-to-time some products may temporarily be out of stock at the time of ordering. If this happens we will notify you immediately via email or the telephone of any delay in delivery time due to lack of stock. You will also be informed once the stock becomes available.

International orders

Nexus will gladly ship to any country. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders sent to international destinations. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For international rates please contact info@nexusresources.net or call +613 9394 9394.

Customs

We are required by law to note the contents of all international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges will be levied when the package reaches your country. Nexus Resources is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

Guarantee / returns

Nexus Resources places great value on its goodwill and reputation, therefore, we provide the protection for a 30 day money back guarantee on all items. So if you are ever not happy with any of our purchase, we invite you to call our customer service team on (03) 9394 9394 between 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am - 1.30pm Saturday to arrange for a refund. Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in its original condition and if returned, within 30 days after the date of invoice. Customers pay postage for the returned books. Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Any damaged products must be reported to Nexus Resources within 7 working days of receipt. Damaged products will be replaced with an exact replacement only.
